Prints and Mats

After a decade of producing prints in the darkroom from film negatives, I have switched to printing digitally with an Epson 4800 using Ultrachrome K3 pigment inks.  For black and white images, I use Moab’s Entrada Fine Art Natural paper, and for color, I print with Hahnemühle’s Fine Art Archival Grade paper.  Both are acid-free, museum quality and made with the finest materials.

All prints are matted on Westminster bright-white, acid-free board, and include a 4-ply bevel cut overmat.  Mat sizes fit standard sized frames:  8x10, 16x20, 20x24 and 22x30.  Frames are not provided with purchase, but please inquire if you are interested in a frame for your image.

Print Signing/Numbering

All prints are signed and dated.  LTD (Limited Edition Prints) are numbered, and limited to printings of 100.  The open editions are exactly the same in terms of materials used. They are also signed and dated, both on the mat, and the front border of the print.

All payments are through the secure PayPal service. You do not need a PayPal account. Major credit cards and eChecks are accepted.

Shipping

Each print is made to order. Prints are shipped within 7 - 10 days. If it will be longer, I will let you know.  All domestic shipping is via UPS.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and choose to return it, you will be issued a refund (less shipping costs) or for special orders a credit to be used for another purchase.

This money back guarantee is subject to the following terms, conditions & exceptions.

The purchaser must contact Images by Isabel within 14 days of the intent to return or exchange the print and receive return authorization and instructions. The print must be returned to the Images by Isabel within 30 days of its original ship date.

This money back guarantee requires that the photograph, matting and framing are returned in its original packaging in the original condition. Images by Isabel reserves the right to return without refund any print that is damaged or to reduce the refund to compensate for the damage. If Images by Isabel decides to take this action, it will contact the purchaser to discuss the options.

The purchaser is responsible for assuring the print is returned to Images by Isabel on the time schedule above.

Any refund will be in the same form as used for the original purchase.

If the purchase is damaged upon receipt, the purchaser should contact Images by Isabel within three days. Isabel will arrange for and bear the cost of inspection and return shipment of the damaged print. The damaged print will then be replaced by Images by Isabel.

Images by Isabel reserves the right to retract this offer unilaterally for any individual or organization at anytime for any reason. If retracted this will not affect any previous orders shipped when the money back guarantee was in effect. Purchasers of orders in process but not shipped will be contacted if this money back guarantee is retracted
